Trial subscriptions and full subscriptions
EOS apps are sold exclusively through a subscription license model.
Every subscription may refer to a single app or to an app KIT.
A subscription always has a starting date, an ending date and a plan.
Plans can be of type:

-
FREE DEMO-TRIAL
-
FULL (paid)
Eos subscriptions activation is based on the Customer ID concept, to learn more about this read EOS APPS Guide to Customer ID and Subscriptions management
In order to purchase or activate a subscription the Customer ID must be always provided.
Licensing of EOS Apps, when not reported differently, is valid for unlimited users / environments / companies within the same Customer ID
Example:
for Business Central OnLine a subscription is valid to all Production Environments / Sandboxes / Companies and users that are part of the same Azure Tenant.
For Business Central OnPremise a subscription is valid to all Production Environments / Sandboxes / Companies and users that mounts the same Business Central license file (.flf or .bclicense). Sharing of the same license between different customer is not admitted and regulated by Microsoft license policies.

Some features of this app require a subscription.
The subscription can be activated from Subscription control panel page or directly from the notification messages that the system proposes, by clicking on the link that allows you to start the subscription wizard.
In details:

FREE-DEMO-TRIAL version: it’s automatically activated at first request and give full access to all features. This trial expires after 20 days from the activation

FULL VERSION: it’s possibile to buy a full version that will last for 12 months, following the wizard and accessing to the EOS AppStore

Subscription activation
note that:
FREE-TRIAL-DEMO: are only activated the first time, extension of trial period may be asked to back office people but cannot exceed 60 days.
FULL VERSION: are automatically activating when the purchase process and the payment is completed. Preferred payments methods are Credit card and SEPA Direct Debit. This payment method allows automatic renewal of subscription during the last 30 days before subscriptions end. Bank Credit transfer is also accepted but in this case automatic activation and renewal are not possible.
P.S. Registered reselling partners with a valid and signed agreement may ask for a yearly subscription period of their demo environment. The demo environment is not intended for production scope
